30-Day Returns

Not happy with your purchase? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your strap for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@strapsforyou.com with your order number and reason for return (optional).
2. We will send you return instructions within 1 business day.
3. Send the strap back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Conditions

• The strap must be unused and in its original condition.
• Items showing signs of heavy use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective product or the wrong colour, we will cover all return costs and send you a replacement or full refund immediately. Just email us at hello@strapsforyou.com.
